Who is responsible

What we collect
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4), only if you accept. Pages viewed, clicks to providers, device type, approximate location. IP addresses are not stored by GA4. Kept 14 months.
- Your answers in our checkers stay in your browser. They are stored in the page address so you can share or reopen your result; we do not receive them.
- Files you check in our tools are read in your browser and never uploaded.
- Technical logs kept by our host (Cloudflare) for security, for a short period.
- Emails you send us, kept as long as needed to answer.
Google and Cloudflare may process data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the UK extension.
Links to providers
When you click a link to a software provider, their website and their cookies apply. Some links are affiliate links: the provider may know you came from Clarpilot.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its use, by writing to us. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local data protection authority.
